About us
A neighbourhood practice, four decades in
Willoughby Medical Practice was established in 1986 and is now in the heart of North Willoughby. We've grown up alongside the families we look after.
Our approach
Our first job is to listen. We take the time to get to know you and your family, so the advice you get fits your life rather than a template. We're a RACGP-accredited practice with experienced doctors, practice nurses, on-site pathology and allied health services.
We believe a good practice is part of its community. We see grandparents, parents and newborns from the same families, and we'd like to keep it that way.
Appointments
Consultations are by appointment, Monday to Saturday. Book online with HotDoc any time, or call reception after 8.30am. If you think you'll need longer (several issues, a care plan, a form to complete), tell us when you book and we'll set aside the time.
Phone calls and email
If you need to speak with your doctor, let reception know and they'll call you back between patients. Please don't send clinical information by email, as it isn't a secure channel and we can't guarantee confidentiality.
New patients
New patients are always welcome. You'll see our practice nurse first for a short health summary (history, medications and immunisations) before your consultation with the doctor.

Service hours
Outside these hours, call the after-hours GP service on 13 74 25. In an emergency, call 000.
