Know what it costs before you come in
Willoughby Medical Practice is a private practice with mixed billing. Fees are payable at the time of your consultation, and our schedule follows Medicare guidelines.
Consultation fees
Saturday billing
All Saturday appointments, face-to-face or telehealth, are privately billed, including for pension card holders. Children under 16 are bulk billed on Saturdays.
Telehealth rebates are only available if you've attended the practice in person in the last six months. If you're unsure, call reception and we'll check.
Some visits cost you nothing
Four-year-old Healthy Kids Checks, health checks for eligible groups (45-49, 75+, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients, aged-care residents), and children under 16 on Saturdays.
Rebates straight back to you
If Medicare has your bank details, we claim your rebate on the spot and it lands in your account within 48 hours.
